For security reasons, initial orders and orders shipped to alternate addresses may undergo extended verification, which could result in a delay.
We reserve the right to make partial shipments; however, this does not relieve you of the obligation to pay for the remaining items in your order.
2. PRODUCT ORIGIN & SHIPPING CHARGES
Our products are original and handcrafted in mainland China, created with expertise by skilled artisans. Many of our products are associated with well-known and trusted brands in China, ensuring their authenticity and superior quality. All products will be shipped directly from China.
Please note that the product prices you see include the applicable shipping fees, covering the cost of delivering your purchase to you from mainland China.

Please note that we currently do not offer shipping to all countries or regions. At present, we only ship to Singapore, Malaysia, philippines and Indonesia.
